GROUP FITNESS

Find our Group Fitness schedules that conveniently list all classes and times for the month. That means you’ll never miss your yoga, kickboxing, pilates, cycling classes, and more.

As you know we are doing our part to help flatten the curve by following the city policies which require us to make some adjustments. We are offering a limited group fitness schedule with some of your favorite instructors indoors and out! Each class meets out front of the designated location if it is outdoors. No equipment is required but we do highly recommend you bring a mat. Indoors classes are limited and reservations are required. If there is inclement weather, outdoor classes will be canceled that day.

Monday

5:15pm – Bootcamp (45mins, Indoors) with Meghan

6:00pm – Yoga (Indoors) with Sabina

6:00pm – Cycling (Indoors) with Mike Hutchinson

6:15pm – Cycling (45mins, Indoors) with Ken Caterina

Tuesday

5:30pm – Circuits (Outdoors) with Meghan

5:30pm – HIIT (Indoors & Outdoors) with Laura D

6:00pm – HIIT (Indoors & Out) with Courtney Mullen

6:00pm – Yoga (Indoors) with Sabina

6:15pm – No-Halftime (Indoors) with Karim

Wednesday

5:30pm – Circuits (Indoors) with Laura D

Thursday

5:30pm – Bootcamp (Indoors & Outdoors) with Willa

5:30pm – Pilates (Indoors) with Lilly

6:15pm – Cycling (45mins, Indoors) with Ken Caterina

6:15pm – No-Halftime (Indoors) with Karim

Saturday

9:00am – Cycling (Indoors) with Mike Hutchinson

9:00am – Pilates (Indoors) with Lilly

While our classes are challenging, we welcome all levels. Our instructors can modify any of the classes to your fitness levels and needs
